Being inspired by the Legendary @inkyjohnsonmotivate and how he overcome the greatest adversity of near death on the football field.
How he decided that a greater power was at play and he was not meant for the NFL is his greatest attribute and so he has went on to inspire thousands of people worldwide who come up against life altering challenges to see the bigger picture and know that whatever purpose you have been built for you are being directed
He can explain it so much better in this episode below this will be the best 8 minutes you listen to today

Its about enjoying the journey and making the most of all the precious moments and imposing your will on the things that mean the dearest

Highlighting in this episode that being 100% Positive all the time is just not possible as we are not Perfect. Using Self Awareness and Gratitude to help acknowledge the times when you are feeling under the weather and question the how and why you feel that way.
Will better serve you in the long Run. Showing yourself compassion for feeling a certain way and giving yourself the time t adjust and take a break could be the best gift you can give yourself for if you cannot love yourself then who will?
If you Enjoyed this episode please do share it on your socials it really helps to push it further and tag us

This episode spurred on by the Tim Mc Graw song, "Live Like you were dying has some real hit home meaning to it.
It may be easy to take a negative from this song because no ones wants to think about or confront death, but if we look at it from a positive it makes us realise how short life is, how precious it is, how no time should be wasted or as they say no stone left unturned.
We are all here for a limited time on this planet so we should at least do what makes us happy
I share some knowledge on the song and what i took away from it I hope you guys can see it from that perspective too
If you enjoyed this episode please share on your socials and tag us @powerofpositivity365 of Instagram and Facebook

We all look at 2020 as the worst year in many many years due to mostly the Covid virus. Well this epiosde takes a look through the year at some of the most positive things to come out of it.
Every bad situation has a positive it is just a matter of finding it, as the title states the biggest winner this year is Human Kind with all their Kindness, generosity and Goodwill to help those around them who may be vulnerable or just need some help.
2020 is not to be remembered as the year of the Virus. It is the year of remembering that we are all here together for a short period of time and that Humanity can shine through when faced with overwhelming difficulty and challenge

This Episode is a review of one of the best books I have read
"Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins
I Decided to bring 3 specific tactics from the book that i feel everyone can use chase their dreams, better themselves, improve on life and continue on whatever journey they are on.
The Accountablility Mirror; Set Goals get the staredown on and be accountable for the actions needed to smash them
The Cookie Jar; The Inventory of all the Small Victories already completed and that you can tap into each time you push the boundary and are getting it tough
The 40% Rule; We are all capable of more, remove the Limiter on your mind it has capped you at only 40%, push the tolerance of what you can take every day and explode past your boundaries
