2Quiet2Market.com is not only software anymore, it now has an online community. Reluctant marketers can work on their understanding of marketing there, then use the software when they already know the "rules of the game".
-
Again, it takes Matthias much longer than he thought to finish a feature. He blames external factors, of course!
-
Matthias is working on the Single Login Feature so that the users of 2Quiet2Market can access the software and the online community with one single email/password.
-
Matthias joins the "Useful Authors" community to have a support group while he writes his book. And he needs to write some code to integrate the community software and his SaaS to avoid dual logins.

The table of contents for my new book "Marketing for Introverts" is done. Now there is an important validation step that I need to do before going into "full-throttle writing mode".

Yesterday, I struggled with Scrivener, an authoring tool that I want to use for my new book "Marketing for Introverts". Here is what I found out.
-
Matthias thinks about how to change his business model for his marketing software for introverts, turning it into a product bundle with a book, a community, and the software.

Fab Giovanetti is an award-winning author, entrepreneur and marketing consultant helping busy professionals reclaim their time. She is also the CEO and head teacher of Alt Marketing School, supporting people making a positive impact through their marketing.
She lives what it says on her T-shirt: "Market to Hearts!"
In this episode, she talks about marketing systems, i.e. sets of procedures that have defined inputs, a step-by-step recipe, and some outputs. Such marketing systems can make marketing a lot easier for a busy solopreneur or other reluctant marketer.
Listen to the examples she gives, and to her explanations why they work. Fascinating and fun!

The StoryBrand Framework Explained
You and I, as business owners, we know this problem, and it almost kills us. We have a great product, but our audience doesn't listen. How the heck do we convince them that they need our product? The answer is: through storytelling. But crafting a compelling story that sells can be a daunting task, especially if you're not a natural marketer. But don't worry. In this episode, I'll explain a framework that helps you create a story that engages your target audience and convinces them to take action. It's called The StoryBrand framework.

Got a cool product but people do not understand it? Improve your positioning!
When you have a really cool product but people in the market do not understand what it is and how it helps them, you've got a problem. You could write more emails and social media posts to sell more, but: Would that help? Likely not. Talking louder without being understood is not going to get more people to trust you. And when people don't understand what your product does, they will compare it to other products from the wrong category. This will make it even more difficult for you to talk to them.
So what can you do to make them understand your product, trust it, and eventually buy from your business? This is where proper positioning for your product comes into play. Listen to understand what product positioning means and how you can use it.
