Ken is someone who’s been around alcohol his whole life.
He had his first drink when he was around 7 years old and only knew a life where alcohol was present.
Unlike many people with addictions, Ken was very aware that he was an alcoholic and surprisingly found a lot of benefits to remaining this way.
This was until some serious health challenges came his way and he seriously had to rethink his strategy to become sober and stay sober and this changed everything.
