The Washington Commanders have been eliminated from playoff contention and potentially lost their defensive captain and leader to a knee injury, and yet that likely won't be what this game is remembered for in the annals of NFL lore.
In his post-game press conference, Head Coach Ron Rivera was, astoundingly, surprised to learn that the Commanders could be eliminated later that afternoon pending the result of the Green Bay-Minnesota Game.
What?!
Co-hosts Chad Ryan and Felix Trammell fire up their cameras and microphones and start the ten minute countdown clock as this episode of The Washington Wrap tries to dissect just how on Earth that scenario was new information for a modern NFL coach.

After a promising start to the 2022 season, the Washington Commanders now find themselves 1-2 entering Dallas Week, with an underperforming defense and an inconsistent offense.
Ron Rivera has a worse win-loss record than Jay Gruden did at the same point of his Washington tenure, and Jack Del Rio's defense has been gouged repeatedly during his time as defensive coordinator.
So is it time to start wondering if the coaches seats are heating up?

After a week one win against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Carson Wentz and the Washington Commanders have an opportunity to do something that this team hasn't done since 2011;
Start a season 2-0.
This week's matchup in Detroit against the Lions represents an incredible opportunity for Washington to control their own destiny at the start of a season, which is not something they've done in a long time.
With winnable games coming on the schedule in the next month, if the Commanders can take care of business in Detroit, then season 2022 is about to get very interesting!

Football is back!
In the famous words of our old co-host, 'waiting for football season' is over, and the Washington Commanders have opened their 2022 Training Camp!
No longer down the I95 in Richmond though, the Commanders have made camp at home in Ashburn in front of a small but passionate group of fans who were fortunate enough to receive one of the few tickets allocated.
All eyes are on Carson Wentz as he begins his tenure as Washington's starting Quarterback, and he's going to have plenty of help from newly-paid Terry McLaurin, as well as 1st round pick Jahan Dotson, and a motivated Curtis Samuel after he missed most of 2021 to injury.
We discuss all that and more with the clock ticking as we Wrap up the start of Training Camp in just ten minutes!

Your hosts Chad Ryan and Felix Trammell start the ten minute countdown clock and wrap up what they think will happen in the first round, including discussing any trade-ups or trade-downs, or surprise sliders.
Stay to the end for a special cameo appearance!

The Washington Football Team are in the midst of a three game winning streak and find themselves in the 7th seed in the NFC - that means playoffs, baby!
But is this winning fortune sustainable and an honest indication of this team's quality, or a blip on the radar for the 2021 campaign?
With six weeks of the regular season remaining, hosts Chad Ryan, Felix Trammell, and Robbie Duncan start the clock and attempt to wrap-up that question in 10 minutes!

In keeping with the tradition of Thanksgiving, on this week's episode of The Washington Wrap we're having a friendly family argument about what the future of the QB position should be for the Washington Football Team.
Aaron Rodgers? Taylor Heinicke? Marcus Mariota? Matt Corrall? Or none of the above?
Well, tune in and hear hosts Chad Ryan and Felix Trammell's thoughts as they go back and forth about who should be under center in the Burgundy and Gold in 2022 and beyond.

The Washington Football team are 2-5 as they head to Mile High Stadium for their Week 8 matchup against the Denver Broncos, so it's fair to say the pressure is mounting.
Taylor Heinicke will be hoping that several key weapons on offense can work their way off the injury report and on to the gridiron on Sunday, and the Washington Coaches will be hoping for more signs of improvement from the defense, too.
We break it all down in just ten minutes!

If you had told most Washington Football Team fans before the season that we would have the same record as the Kansas City Chiefs when they came to FedEx Field in Week 6 of the 2021 NFL season, you probably wouldn't have expected it to be because both teams were struggling.
Yet here we are, with both Washington and Kansas City sitting at 2-3 and needing a win to keep their seasons alive.
Hosts Chad Ryan and Felix Trammell breakdown how this game can be won by Washington, and what it would mean for this team.

Even when there's drama for other teams and other individuals across the NFL, somehow Washington is always involved. And it was no different this week when the story broke that Jon Gruden had been sending bigoted emails to then-President of the Washington Football Team Bruce Allen. Once they were made public, Gruden immediately resigned.
But how did they become public, why did they become public, and what's coming next?
We break down all of that as best we can in 10 minutes.

On this episode of The Washington Wrap we ask the simple question; what the hell is wrong with the Washington Football Team defense?
With six starters on defense being first round picks, with multiple Pro Bowls and other accolades amongst this playing group, the start to the 2021 campaign is not what anyone would consider an acceptable grade.
With just ten minutes on the clock, hosts Chad Ryan, Felix Trammell, and Chip Brierre seek to find some answers.

The Washington Football team scratched out a victory against division rivals the New York Giants with a 30-29 win at FedEx Field on Thursday Night Football.
The victory came on the heels of QB Taylor Heinicke who took fans through the full gamut of emotions whilst doing what was necessary to secure the win, and his former Old Dominion University Monarchs Offensive Linesman team-mate Robbie Duncan was riding every throw, hit, and scramble with him.
Robbie is here with hosts Chad Ryan and Felix Trammell as we start the ten minute countdown clock and wrap-up this win!

After all the hype and excitement leading up to this Week 1 match up between the Washington Football Team and the Los Angeles Chargers, the NFL gods have once again reminded us that no one knows anything, ever.
The Washington defensive line had a quiet day versus an incendiary Justin Herbert, and starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick injured his hip early in the game resulting in QB Taylor Heinicke to come in and pickup where he left off from the playoffs last season.
Host Chad Ryan is joined by Felix Trammell live from the press box at FedEx Field as we wrap-up our instant reaction in 10 minutes.
