Elliott explains why you need to know your buyer persona on a deep level, to the point where you’re able to talk about the very thing waking them up at 2am in a cold sweat. Just as importantly, you also need to know how to articulate various things in your copy in the right way. This isn’t easy because if you’re too direct, you might annoy them. Yet if you’re too indirect, your copy might not resonate with them.
