When Marcelle found us, she was 48 and stuck in a cycle of overtraining, under-eating, and constant pain.

When Isha found us, she was 41, a busy working mum, and completely burnt out from trying to “fix” her body. She was doing everything she thought she was supposed to—fasted HIIT 5–6 days a week, barely eating, and constantly chasing results that never came.
Despite her efforts, she felt exhausted, anxious, and stuck in a body she didn’t recognise. When Magdalena joined us, she thought she just needed to lose 3 kilos.

Imagine being in your late 20s, exhausted, bloated, and constantly searching for the answer to your health struggles—only to be told that your body was shutting down.
That was Carrie.

A little while ago, Kelly (@TheDetoxedLife) joined our program and her results have been incredible.
🙌 She’s down 10 lbs, building strength every week, and loving how she’s balancing muscle-building and macros while managing life with two kids.
When I saw Kelly’s profile, I knew I had to get her on the podcast as we have many women in our program who have kids with gut health issues and she’s a nutritionist specialising in kids' gut health.
Kelly’s journey started with her own struggles—IBS, endometriosis, infertility, and toxic dieting. After discovering pro-metabolic eating, she healed her gut and found balance. Her son, Arlen, was her inspiration to help kids heal. At just 7, he struggled with stomach aches, low weight, and leaky gut.
Through targeted testing and protocols, Kelly helped him heal completely. He’s now thriving—no more stomach issues or picky eating!
