Response was so overwhelming that we had to get the girls back to discuss the song, the writer and how it came together. This week we do that. Kelly of Smith Sisters joins us to share the song and introduce Harrolyn Black, widow of the songwriter 'Butch' Black, who wrote the song.

Leigh Thomas, singer/songwriter/guitarist from Melbourne, Australia, returns to TheDavidBowersAwards to debut his newest album, 'The Long Way.' Leigh talks about the songs on the album and his vision for creating his first album after many years in the business producing mostly singles.
Leigh's music is primarily pop-rock, although it crosses many genres including r&b, ballad and even country-rock.
