The reason I wanted the episode to be about memories was because a few days before, I was invited back to Juilliard after 4.5 years of not stepping inside that building. I needed to go back to accompany my volunteer at Together with Classical to his cello lesson to prepare for our fundraiser concert together. I had conflicting thoughts and emotions. I spent 12 years walking in and out of that building... It's not that anything terribly bad happened. It's more like memories of experiences that you have enjoyed in the past might not be the kind of experiences that you would enjoy now or have good positive feelings about anymore - purely because you've grown up.
Pianist Tiffany Poon analyzes and talks about her memories upon returning to Juilliard and reminisces about other childhood memories of growing up in New York.

Catching up... sometimes we feel behind, like we're not able to catch up to others or achieve what we think we should be able to do. Pianist Tiffany Poon recounts her recent experience with this feeling, while catching up with everyone what she's been doing behind the scenes.
