He has somehow gotten away with a slap on the wrist every time by our County Law Enforcement.

Vitullo and the Legacy of the Rape Kit. In 2013, she completed graduate school, and now treats offenders with significantly long, violent, and sexually deviant histories with the hopes of addressing maladaptive behavioral patterns, identifying undiagnosed mental illnesses, and ultimately reducing their risk of re-offending.

I am joined again in this weekâs episode by Amanda Shirley, DJâs sister. In part 2, Amanda talks about the crime, scene, and suspect. There are many indicators that point to murder, yet investigators refuse to change the information in the case.
