This is the real story of my life and the trials I've had to endure being schizoaffective. From weight gain to relationships, I bare all because its time to come from out of the shadows. As the mentally ill we are all vilified for something we can't control. I want to give encouragement to my mental illness brethren. It is my hope for our friends, family and co-workers understand that some of us a struggling with a silent killer. We deal with death on the daily. Imagine what it's like to hear voice that are not your own. Imagine what it's like to go to bed hoping to die in your sleep. The pain is not in vain. If I can exist and thrive you can too.
