  • Join Jodie and Damien Anthony Rossi as we discuss etiquette superpowers, masculinity in manners and the other “C word”.

Are people born good? Or do they have goodness thrust upon them? Whilst we tend to not wake up in the morning with the goal to be rude to people, some of us are guilty of ghosting that one person you don’t want to speak to at the supermarket... Whilst we can assume that the majority of us are trying our best to be polite, what about chivalry? As society’s understanding of Gender expands, is there still a place for chivalry in a post #metoo world? Or is it well and truly dead?

  • Join Jodie and Cynthia Morton as we discuss the need for humanity above etiquette and decide whether there are times when rudeness is acceptable. When we know that so much of what was expected of women in the 40’s and 50’s was to “smile” and “be polite.” we ask the question, is that robotic behaviour? And how much of our society's attempt at “people pleasing” is actually pleasing people?
