This first Yoga + Oils meditation centers around the idea of Akasha, which is a collective human memory that connects us all. Using the oil blend 'Inspiration' or any combination of frankincense, myrtle, ylang ylang, cedarwood, royal hawiaan sandalwood, and bergamot we will breathe together through layers of hurt, fear, or past experience that keeps us self protective and removed from a sense of connection with one another. This is a guided meditation and no previous experience is necessary. Come as you are and find new ground for yourself.
