  • Do you sometimes feel like conversations with your partner are turning into arguments lately?

Or that you’re often misunderstood, even when you try to talk openly?

If you’ve ever felt this way, you’re not alone.

I know. I've been there and know that feeling when you are seeking connection through a deep conversation but somehow that conversation just doesn't go as planned.

In a world where communication often falls short—even when we're looking at the same reality—misunderstandings seem to grow, and the divide feels wider than ever. But what if you could break through those barriers? What if you could grab your partner by the hand and say, "There's something I really need to talk about"?

So, how can you do this?

Let me introduce you to my Communication Framework for Having Difficult Conversations. This thoughtful approach will help you address even the most sensitive topics with calm and understanding. Here’s how you can get started:

1- Let Go of Being Right or Wrong â€“ Shift the focus from “winning” the conversation to understanding each other’s perspectives. This creates a safe space where both of you feel heard.

2- Rebuild the Affinity You Once Had â€“ That deep connection you shared? It’s still there. By focusing on that shared bond, you’ll find it easier to navigate even the most difficult discussions.

3- Use The 2-Way Communication Cycle & The 2-Circle Method for Mutual Needs â€“ These tools ensure that both of you feel understood and respected while addressing each other’s needs.

If you want to learn how to apply these techniques and bring back meaningful, open conversations with your partner, make sure to listen to this week’s podcast episode NOW!

I trust that with the right tools, you’ll turn every conversation into a step toward greater connection and deep understanding.

  • Do you ever feel misunderstood and distant from your partner?

Or struggle to get your point across, despite your best intentions?

I get it. For years, I found myself making the same mistakes in conversations over and over again—only to end up feeling disconnected and frustrated.

And yes, even now, I still catch myself making these same old mistakes from time to time. But over time, I developed what I call the Three Communication Shifts that Can Shift the Energy of any Conversation - even when they start going south.

So, if you find yourself in this same situation and are tired of having the same old conversations over and over again - that lead to misunderstandings and distance... These shifts can help you transform them into moments of true connection and understanding.

    Here’s how:

Set the Context of Your Conversations.Listen with Curiosity—not Judgment.Move from Sympathy to Empathy.

  • Continuing with the topic of Sex & Intimacy – Last year, I sat down with Dr. Sadaf Lodhi for an episode titled "Where Sexual Intimacy and Emotional Intimacy Meet." As you know, in the past few weeks, I’ve released episodes focused on this theme, and since many of you were particularly interested, I thought now would be the perfect time to revisit this insightful conversation with Dr. Lodhi.

Sexual health remains a taboo topic in many circles, even for physicians. Many of us, including OBGYNs, didn’t receive sufficient sexual education during our training. This is precisely why Dr. Sadaf Lodhi decided to become a sexual coach — to fill this significant knowledge gap.

Dr. Lodhi is a board-certified OBGYN and executive coach for women, with over 20 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan and her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University. She also completed her residency in gynecology and obstetrics in Michigan, and went on to earn her life and executive coach certification from Rutgers University.

Today, Dr. Lodhi runs a telehealth practice focusing on sexual and menopausal health, serving women in New York and Michigan. Her mission has always been to empower and educate women, helping them build sexual confidence and find pleasure in their relationships.

So if you missed this episode the first time around, or are eager to revisit the conversation, join us as we continue exploring where sexual intimacy and emotional intimacy meet. This is an important and ongoing conversation, and we’re excited to dive back into it with you!

  • Do you know what your Unanswerable Question (UAQ) is?

You might be wondering what I mean by that. Sometimes when I talk about your UAQ, people misunderstand.

The truth is, you can't answer this question for yourself.

And no one else can give you the answer that truly satisfies you. Even when someone tries to convince or reassure you, it just doesn't feel enough...

That's because your Unanswerable Question needs to be answered by you.

The key is to turn inward and connect with your inner child—the part of you that was wounded long ago and has carried that wound ever since.

In this episode, I’ll guide you on a journey to reconnect with that part of yourself, help you answer your Unanswerable Question, and introduce you to your three primal needs—and how to nourish them.

Tune in to get to know yourself better and to start living a more fulfilling and connected life.

Remember, there's nothing wrong with you. You're simply a human being with needs that deserve to be nourished.
