This first episode unpacks the powerful truths in Romans 14:1-4 and 10-13, where Paul makes it very clear:
➡️ Stop condemning others for how they eat.
➡️ What convicts you may not convict them - and that's okay.
➡️ God is the judge, not you. 🙅‍♀️

If you've ever judged someone else's food choices (or felt judged for yours), this episode is going to set you FREE.
We're talking food freedom, conviction, and the true heart posture that honors God.

    🎧In this episode:
    - The 1 mistake Christians make when talking about food 🍔🥗
    - Why your way of eating isn't automatically "more holy"

  • In this powerful episode of Your Daily Bread, we’re diving into the story of Lot’s wife from Genesis 19—and how looking back can literally keep us from stepping into God’s best. 🫣

You might be tempted to long for the way your body looked in old photos… but sis, God delivered you from that version of yourself for a reason. He was merciful to you then, and He’s still leading you now. That girl in the photo? She may have been smaller, but was she healed? Free? On fire for Jesus?🔥

    If you’ve ever said:

“I wish I could just get back to that size…” “I felt more confident when I looked like that…”  “I was more ‘disciplined’ then…”

Then this is your Holy Spirit gut-check. You’re not supposed to go back—because where God is taking you is better. 🩷

✨ Inside this episode, I’ll walk you through:

Why looking back can keep you stuck in cycles of body shameWhat God really says about your past and your healthHow to move forward in the freedom Christ died to give you What to do with old photos that keep triggering you

  • Is it wrong to want to lose weight? Instead of wrestling with whether the desire is “bad” or “good,” what if we brought it honestly before the Lord?

In this episode, we dive into the story of Bartimaeus (Mark 10:46-52)—a man who didn’t hold back his request from Jesus. Just like him, we can bring our deepest desires to God and trust Him to sift through them, pruning what is worldly and affirming what is good and true.

Weight loss is a secondary goal, much like anger is a secondary emotion—it points to something deeper. When we walk with God in our health journey, He leads us to the real desires of our hearts. And whether or not weight loss happens, we will find true satisfaction in Him alone.

🎧 Press play and let’s talk about how to surrender your health journey to Jesus with an open heart.
