K. Dot has 17 Grammys to his name, 29 BET Hip-Hop awards, is the only rapper EVER to win a Pulitzer Prize. He’s a generational artists to say the least. In his lyrics he talks a lot about his personal struggles growing up in Compton, like: his sex addiction, alcoholism, & poverty-stricken upbringing. Thankfully, he’s managed to overcome many of those, even having a family with his high school sweetheart, Whitney Alford. On today’s episode we’ll be talking about his musical career and what we can take away from his personal growth as well. Even though he’s on top of the world now he’s still a person, and we can learn a lot from his example.

It seems like happiness is becoming out-of-reach. All I see is celebrities who are apparently happy (but spoiler) they're not. With the olympics coming to a close it brought me to a realization, I'm glad it's done because now I don't have to see exceptional people do things I could only dream of. Happiness is difficult, to say the least, but on this episode I talk about my take on it, and how you can understand it a little bit better. I hope you enjoy :)
