The first round of the OHL playoffs has wrapped up and some might say it was a tad underwhelming with only one series going beyond 5 games. However, things are looking much more compelling for round 2 with some heavyweight match ups. Steve Clark is here to put a bow on round 1 and give previews for the upcoming second round which starts Thursday night!

Two episodes in one day?!?!? Thats right, the playoffs move fast so we're right back at it with Ryan Switzer to talk some WHL playoffs. The top seeded Everett Silvertips find themselves down 2-1. Edmonton is much stronger than your normal 7 seed in the east while Gavin McKenna has been going off with 12pts in just 3 playoff games.
We touch on every series as we march through the first round of the WHL playoffs!

Only 3 games in each OHL playoff series has been played so far but already many stories across the league have come forward. The most baffling of which is the 1 period suspensions for most Niagara IceDogs players, yet they are still neck and neck with Barrie. Erie and Saginaw has been a score-a-thon while the Frontenacs are on the verge of their first ever series sweep in franchise history!
All that and much more as Steve Clark is here to talk OHL playoffs!

We wrap up our week of playoff preview and prediction shows with the QMJHL and Patrick McNeil from the Cape Breton Eagles. Are Moncton and Rimouski the odds on favourites in the Q this year? Are there any potential upsets with the huge amount of 2-3-2 schedule formats?

We move on with our playoff preview week and head out west to talk some WHL first round match ups with Swift Current's own Ryan Switzer!
But its not just the playoffs that need to be discussed as the WHL has officially announced TWO new expansion teams with Penticton joining the league this fall and Chilliwack coming in for the 2026-27 season.
Steve needs to change the branding on this show now! ugh.
