In this relationship Q & A session, Jennifer Diepstraten of FamilyCo fields a call from anonymous caller Sonia. 31-year old Sonia is on the eve of a surgery that might leave her infertile. She starts the call with her father-daughter issue and complains how her dad doesn’t support her or understand what she’s going through. Instead, when she tries to speak her dad about these ‘deeper emotional things,’ he doesn’t show his love and she ends up getting frustrated and crying alone in another room.
