Please buy me a cup of coffee

This week I rant on HP.com. The company that makes printers, and PC's etc. Have you ever tried to setup a basic home printer from HP? Inevitably you will have to call HP tech support, and even they run into roadblocks. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them on my Saturday afternoon! (and I am an IT Admin during the day) I also give you some tips on how to spot fake tech support numbers on google. Google get your shit together too! Stop taking ads from overseas scam call centers. The scam phenomenon is out of control and some of our major tech support companies are looking the other way. anydesk.com is being used by scammers and they do nothing about it!

In this episode, Amita Sharma discusses the impact of menopause on women's health and well-being. She highlights the various symptoms and challenges women face during this phase, including hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, mood swings, weight gain, and sexual health issues. Amita emphasizes the lack of awareness and open discussion surrounding menopause, which leads to women not seeking support or sharing their experiences. She also touches on the concept of andropause for men and the role of stress in exacerbating menopausal symptoms. Amita advocates for a holistic approach to menopause, focusing on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and other holistic therapies to support women's overall well-being. She suggests that women going through menopause should prioritize self-care and seek a team of experts, including naturopathic doctors, dietitians, yoga therapists, and mental health counselors, to navigate this phase successfully. Menopause is a complex phase that can last for 10 years, with symptoms varying from woman to woman. Nutrition plays a crucial role in managing menopause symptoms, and a plant-based diet is recommended. Women should avoid processed foods, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine.
