In this episode I interviewed Greg Milano, the founder and CEO of Fortuna Advisors. Greg is a recognized industry thought leader in strategic resource allocation and in creating an ownership culture, which we’ll learn all about in this conversation. He is also the author of the book Curing Corporate Short-Termism, Future Growth vs Current Earnings.
