Electro-Magnetic Frequencies (EMF's) are pretty much everywhere you turn these days, especially in cities. Regardless of what you may have been led to believe they are far from harmless, and with the roll out of "Five-G" it's more important than ever to understand how they can effect us and how we can protect ourselves and our loved ones.
In this episode I'm in conversation with Justin Frandson, a high performance health coach and founder of EMF rocks. We talk about my recent challenges with EMF's, some related health topics, and practical things you can do to minimise EMF exposure / effects and protect your health.

In this episode I'm in conversation with Michele Paradise about trauma, stress and using Havening as technique to calm and soothe.
Michele has been working in the field of human behavior and self-development for almost 20 years with a particular focus on trauma and anxiety. She is Certified Practitioner and Trainer in NLP, a Certified Practitioner of Havening Techniques and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is also a Personal Development Coach with Deepak Chopra on his digital wellness platform Jiyo, where she has over 30 videos demonstrating Havening Techniques called the Healing Haven. Michele is currently doing a master’s degree with Dr Gabor Maté, a leading specialist in trauma and addiction. Michele works on Zoom internationally and also has offices in Beverly Hills and Harley Street.
