Michael Vashon is a Sasquatch researcher who lives in Maine, and over the years, he’s had quite a few sightings. On tonight’s show, he’s going to share some of his sightings and experiences with you. Michael had his first Sasquatch sighting in September of 2010, during expanded deer archery season. The day he had his first sighting, he had headed out to his tree stand, which he’d set up in a prime location, overlooking a series of heavily used deer trails. Not long after settling into his stand that morning, he started to hear rustling and other sounds to his left. Tonight’s guest, Bearhelper Morales, was featured on Episode 435, and on that show, he talked about his first encounter with the Hairy Ones and shared other experiences. On tonight’s show, he’ll be back to share more experiences with you, including when he called in and mesmerized a huge male Sasquatch by playing his flute. You see, he had taken a friend up to a place close to the Sequoia National Forest in California called Balch Park. It was close to winter, so he knew the gates to the park would be closed. That meant there shouldn’t be any other visitors in the park. The reason why he wanted to go to Balch Park was to look for bear roots. They expected the trip to be strenuous but pretty uneventful. Tonight’s guest, David Craig Wortham, is a retired police officer who served 16 years in the profession. In November, of 2007, on Thanksgiving Day, Craig saw a 9 foot tall male Sasquatch. He wasn’t alone, at the time. His Father in law and brother in law were with him. Before Craig had that sighting, he had prayed to the lord in hopes of being able to see a Sasquatch, someday. Tonight’s guest, Terry, describes himself as being an avid outdoorsman, who spends as much time in the woods as he can. Terry lives in the Ozark Mountains, and that’s not an accident. Terry lives there because after riding his motorcycle all over the country, seeing what different places have to offer, he feels that the Ozark Mountains cater to his preferences more than pretty much any other place he’s been. While it’s true that Terry has always loved spending time in the woods, he likes spending time in them even more now, now that he’s had the experience he’s going to share with you, on tonight’s show. Tonight’s guest, Geoff, was born and raised in Arizona and while he was growing up, he heard a lot of stories about the Mogollon Monster. That’s because he spent a lot of time in what was said to be the Mogollon Monster’s backyard. You see, The Mogollon Monster (also known as “The Arizona Bigfoot”) has been seen in Central and Eastern Arizona. It might be hard to believe that Sasquatch could scratch out a living there, but they are, and they seem to do just fine there. When Geoff was really young, his parents bought a cabin way up in the mountains. Every time Geoff’s parents would take him up and his brother up there, he was creeped out by something. He used to wonder why he felt that way, until one night when Geoff, his brother, and cousin were sleeping in the loft of a nice treehouse Geoff’s grandfather had built for them. Geoff and his brother had spent the night in the treehouse numerous times before that night, but that night wound up being much different than any of the prior nights they’d slept in it. That was the night the Mogollon Monster paid them a visit! That isn’t the only encounter Geoff’s had. He’s had two other experiences. Tonight’s guest, Jason Kenzie, started out being what he considered to be a 20% believer in the existence of Sasquatch. After 6 years of researching them and multiple experiences with what he believes might have been Sasquatch, he considers himself to be 50% sure of their existence. He’s had nighttime sightings but wants to wait until he has a daytime sighting before he’s 100% sure that what he’s looking at really is a Sasquatch. Tonight’s guest, Mary Ann Ziebell, has always been interested in monsters and the paranormal. For years, she was an armchair Sasquatch researcher. In 2019, though, a lady Mary Ann worked with told her about a Sasquatch sighting that had happened in the county where Mary Ann lived, in Missouri. That night, she told her husband that she wanted to hunt Sasquatch. To get started, she decided to go on a BFRO expedition. As a result of attending that expedition, not only did Mary Ann meet several people who she considers to be close friends now, she also had a Bigfoot sighting. Her sighting happened the first night of the expedition. Tonight’s guest, Gene Harrison, is a Sasquatch researcher who lives in Upstate New York. Gene hasn’t always been a Sasquatch knower. He started out just believing that they might exist. That all changed one day, however, when he saw what he initially thought was a hiker, walking down a trail in the woods where he does his research. In 1968, tonight’s guest had gone with his grandparents to chop firewood and collect what they called “morning sticks,” near his grandparent’s home, in Northern Victoria Australia. The 3 of them had made trips like that numerous times before, without incident. Well, this morning would be different. Due to how young tonight’s guest was, at the time (he was 8 years old), while his grandparents were chopping firewood, with axes, and collecting firewood, he was a short distance from them looking around at the flowers and grass that surrounded him. When he looked at a stand of trees, nearby, he noticed what he initially thought was a monkey. Seconds after noticing the creature, a thunderous boom rang out from behind him. Heidi had her first Sasquatch-related experience when she was riding in her family’s car, as a kid, when they were heading to Cannon Beach, in Oregon, in 1981. When she had that experience, she’d been watching the backroad scenery go by, as she and her family rode down Highway 26, in their family sedan. After looking out the window for quite some time, she hadn’t seen anything that she hadn’t seen many times before. What she had been seeing was beautiful, but nothing was out of the ordinary. That was about to change. Something happened that she’ll never forget.

Tonight’s guest, Dennis Carroll, has been involved in the cryptozoology field for over 55 years. In that time, he’s had numerous interesting experiences. The most notable Sasquatch-related experience he’s had, however, happened one night in the woods, in Okonie County, South Carolina. That night, Dennis found himself just 10 feet from a Sasquatch. Even though the reason why he was in those woods was to seek out interactions with Sasquatch, it’s still understandable that Dennis was taken aback by the experience. Not long after Dennis saw the Sasquatch, it made eye contact with him, and then stepped behind a large oak tree that was merely 10 feet from Dennis. Wanting to get a better look at the Sasquatch, Dennis approached the tree, and that’s when the Sasquatch did something that perplexes Dennis to this day. Some people, for whatever reason, have a lot of Sasquatch sightings and encounters. It’s hard to know why it is that they have so many experiences with them. They just do. I call people like that Sasquatch magnets, because Sasquatch just seem to be drawn to them. Tonight’s guest, Rick Taylor, is the true definition of a Sasquatch magnet. When tonight’s guest, “Sam,” was growing up, in the hills of West Virginia, his family used to tell him to be careful when he was in the woods because if he wasn’t careful, the Cowcur would get him. You see, “Cowcur” is what locals called a white Sasquatch, in the area, that didn’t exactly have the sweetest disposition. That’s something tonight’s guest found out one day while he was deep in the woods with his grandpa. In fact, Sam’s uncle had a run-in with the Cowcur that frightened him so much, he shot it. After shooting it, he refused to ever go back into the woods. Making matters worse, “Sam” had a neighbor come up to him, one night, and tell him about the time he had been attacked by the Cowcur. His neighbor actually had the scars to prove it too! How dangerous is or was the Cowcur? That’s anyone’s guess. The only thing that can be said about it, definitively, is that if you’re going to go into the woods where “Sam” grew up, you’d be well-served to keep your head on a swivel. You wouldn’t want the Cowcur to get ya!
