The Subvortex team joins the Bittensor Guru to share how they've increased network decentralization by using the incentivize mechanism on their subnet to encourage miners to run optimal subtensor nodes all over the world. With nodes in more than 70 countries and low latency/high redundancy along with a load balancer, they've effectively eliminated the need to run an individually operated subtensor node. Great team here and highly creative use of a subnet slot. Be sure to check out the wandb link below for all the statistics on their mining pool.

Eseck and Albert from the FirstTensor validator on Bittensor joined us to discuss Subnet 16 BitAds.ai and the unique approach they've taken to towards incentivizing decentralized ad campaigns. Truly novel design meets well-calculated implementation with this one. We've even launched a Bittensor Guru ad campaign ourselves! It was a pleasure to chat with a fellow validator bring value to Bittensor.

Subnet 31 Neural Architecture Search has made a splash on Bittensor by becoming the first decentralized option for a service previously only available from big players at a high cost. Enterprises can now leverage Bittensor's network to optimize size and performance of smaller machine learning models. Nima, machine learning engineer and owner of S31, walks us through the subnet, the early successes and the development roadmap.

In this 25th episode of the Bittensor Guru, I interview Subnet 22 Datura developer Giga. Datura queries a plethora of sources directly and uses it's own "smart scrape" technology to provide highly relevent responses to user queries at https://datura.ai including leveraging an LLM to provide a summary of results. We discuss their functionality, incentive mechanism and roadmap.

Subnet 24 on Bittensor is an always-on trading competition between 200+ rotating miners brought to you by the Taoshi team. Forex (currencies) for now but many more trading pairs/commodities on the way. Thomas, their lead developer, joins the Bittesnor Guru to explain how you incentivize winning trades in perpetuity on Bittensor's decentralized network. Fascinating discussion and thorough explanation of the subnet mechanism at work. Enjoy!

In this episode we dive into the generative AI waters of Subnet 3 run by Ethan and the team at MyShell.AI where they use their own open source text-to-speech model called MeloTTS to power subnet operations. Ethan provides some great insight into what his team is building and this is a worthy listen for anyone looking to understand more about Bittensor and MyShell. Like Subnet 6 and 9, models from top performing miners from this subnet are available on HuggingFace for download. Enjoy!

Bittensor is home to two subnets formed by members of a team that has introduced more than 150 million users to AI through apps like WOMBO Dream and WOMBO Me. Parshant and Salman with Omega Labs are aiming to create the largest open-source multimodal dataset in existence with S24 and Ben-Zion has plans to use S30 WOMBO to incentivize virality. Great minds are joining Bittensor every week and this pod is a great example of the type of top-tier talent the ecosystem is attracting. Big brains, big ideas. Enjoy!

Only one subnet could be the 21st episode of this pod and that is Philanthrope's Subnet 21 FileTAO on Bittensor. Phil does a great job of simplifying how all the gears turn on his decentralized storage masterpiece. With petabytes of capacity and hundreds of terabytes in current storage used, this is a subnet provides immediately utility and redundant security through incentivizing one of the most important in-house services of any Bittensor subnet, Storage. Namoray is on of the premier developers on Bittensor and is the mind behind Subnet 19 Vision. This episode is a masterclass on how to run a successful subnet and design an incentive/validation mechanism to drive the highest quality output from miners on Bittensor. I am so impressed by what this team is doing as they've turned what were once identified as weaknesses in Bittensor's design into strengths. Big Brain on this fella. Check out what Subnet 19 can do with the Studio at https://corcel.io
He has also co-authored two papers on improving Bittensor:

This one was a fun look at Bittensor Subnet 32 It's AI with one of it's lead developers, Sergey. This subnet allows anyone to use https://its-ai.streamlit.app to test whether a block of text is written by an LLM or human. Fascinating technology and they've implemented a couple really innovative elements into their validation mechanism that we nerd out on. Can't wait for the API as it has so many immediate applications. Thanks for listening!

In this epsiode of the Bittensor Guru we interview Kamil AKA Aphex5 on Subnet 15 Blockchain Insights. Kamil brings 15 years of experience as a .NET develpoer and time spent at Kraken and trade.io to his subnet design. He and his team are creating a platform to allow anyone to have a conversation with the Bitcoin blockchain and eventually many chains across the cryptocurrency landscape. Really creative output coming from this team leveraging the power of Bittensor.

The seeds for the singluality are being sown in the subnets of Bittensor and leading the charge is Nous Research's Subnet 6 - Finetuning. Link to the leaderboard below. Thank you to all of our nominators for continuing to stake your TAO with Bittensor Guru! We recently sent back more than 1200t to the 600 wallets supporting our project. At 7.5% of the network and nearly 400,000t, we continue to be a powerful force for good in Bittensor.
