Tips for business on how to avoid litigation

    About Meriel :
When Meriel was in High School she wanted to be an author, teach in France, marry a Frenchman and have bilingual children. Life didn’t quite work out that way! Meriel has practiced as a lawyer for over 20 years, in the UK, Australia and the Caribbean. She helps clients at the contract drafting stage to avoid future disputes.  If a dispute does arise (obviously where she was not engaged to advise on the contract!) she advises on how to resolve the dispute, including by litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation. Her clients operate in energy and resources, life sciences, and healthcare industries.  Meriel has 9-year-old identical twin daughters.
