Early morning, you'd rise to bird choruses, take a walk and you may find deer heeding to your footsteps, they call each other when you're quiet, the sun shines and you'll meet and greet with people heading for work or heading back from work (life begins early in the morning there), you may bask in the sun by the side of the river where the water is gushing through big rocks, speeding to fill the plains from up here, to mellow insect choruses in the evenings, greetings once more, the sound of celebration and to bed we go :)
Enjoy the sound of the Garhwal Himalayas in this podcast. Come, visit, come, listen :)
Lots of love -

Hear the evening sounds of a forest in Mandal as I tell you the tale of 4 babblers who decide to come to this valley and each day of their struggle and delight. May this be a pleasant listen for you 🌼 At the end, you'll hear a song from Naruto called Natsuhiboshi on the Kalimba. I recommend full volume for this episode. You'll be transported to this place, I believe :) Thank you for listening! Wishing lots of smiles and happy moments for everyone :)

I wrote this episode in the first few days of March, when the winter is still lurking and peepal leaves turn yellow and fall. Now, the tree has big bright green leaves that have emerged from spring's peachy bloom. 🍂🍃 Background music: playing an excerpt from Nuvole Bianche, Ludovico Einaudi on the Kalimba. Thank you for listening, with love, Mansi :)

Hello everyone :) I'm beginning a new series of episodes - 'Dissecting how I felt'.
This episode is the first in this series. I talk about an incident from a few years ago, that had since lurked in my mind and cast an impression on me.. I take that memory, give it love, compassion and address all my feelings. I share it with you as I discover it :) -
We share our dreams and fears and what is meaningful to us in this episode :) My pals did this for my birthday and this might soon become a regular thing at calm-omile :D Hope you like it! Thank you for listening 🌼

This is an excerpt from 'The Art of War' by Sun Tzu. I'm reading this to you from a book called Inspirations :) The idea is to hear it, and then share our understanding of it through voice messages here on anchor, and we'll make our next episode from them. Lots of love to all ✿ waiting for your voice messages ♡

Allow me to take you into the world of lizards, they are beautiful animals. Even if they manage to scare you, trust me on this episode, I will take care of your fear. Afterall, this is calm-omile 🌼 Thank you for listening. Please find one of my favourite songs at the end of the episode 🌈🌈🌈 Take care everyone :) **A correction to be made, parthenogenesis does not mean possession of both male and female reproductive parts. Parthenogenesis or virgin births refer to an asexual process of reproduction wherein offspring is formed by mitotic divisions in the egg cell.**

A reflection of what answers mean, and the process of reaching them. In this episode, I have shared what I understood about answers to introspective questions - how I grew from the idea of everyone having common answers to individuality in those answers :) I'd like to know what you think about this. Also, full volume recommended for this episode. Hope you like it! Thanks for listening 🌼
