This Week we reach the conclusion of our Summer Slasher Season as we hit the Twenty Twenties and bring ourselves up to date with a modern divisive slasher film - In A Violent Nature (2024).
We discuss the divisive and controversial aspects of the film including the POV of the killer style, the long shots of walking following the killers and that Yoga death that apparently had some viewers vomiting in the aisles.

This week we close out a much beloved modern horror trilogy with Ti West's X Trilogy's conclusion MaXXXine (2024). We discuss the our own divisive expectations for this conclusion by linking back to the common themes within X and Pearl.

We continue Summer Slasher Season with the most obvious choice for a Summer Slasher and a modern horror classic - I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997).
We discuss the impact of writer Kevin Williamson in 90's slashers, the sequels spawned and the more thriller aspect of this modern teen slasher. We also return to a point raised previously in Cast Me To Hell lore, Is Jennifer Love Hewitt a good scream queen or should Sarah Michelle Gellar of been the lead of this hooking horror.
So gather the best looking horror cast of the 90's, bring along a bottle of Jack, don't forgot to possibly kill a pedestrian on the way and you have the plot for a horror thriller that let's be honest you didn't pay full attention to because that cast was just too hot back then.
