We also have a change in format and release schedule, with more to come. We can't wait to share them with you!

  • On today's launch week special, your hosts Elias and Chilekwa talk about next-gen (hereby know as current-gen), and go through the FOMO that comes with them not being able to secure either next-gen console.

In the news, our hosts discuss recent revelations about the PlayStation 5, including confirmation that there will be no SSD support at launch, and reports that Sony has “sidelined” the launch of the PlayStation 5 in their homeland, Japan. And on this week’s topic of the show, next-gen is finally upon us, but it's bitter sweet, as our hosts have to watch from the sidelines as the future of console gaming unfolds. That, of course, doesn't stop them from sharing their strong opinions on the weeks events.

As usual, thanks for listening, and we hope you enjoy this next-gen special.

  • On today's episode, Elias and Chilekwa switch things up from the previous episode by talking about the future, but also keeping things the same by talking about video games. Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too?

In the news, a relatively slow week has our hosts discussing leading quotes from Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, and the best selling games of the year. And on this week’s topic of the show, they discuss the launch lineups of both next-gen consoles and whether either are really worth a launch day purchase.

Here’s hoping you enjoy the show, as well as a new format we’re trying out where an episode isn’t close to three hours!
