Everything we see within the world is a projection of past experiences.
When we look through the eyes of the ego we see the past playing out in the present. But when we look through our real eyes, we realize the truth that has always been there. This is why we must go beyond our incorrect and conditioned perceptions of the world to find true freedom.
To adopt this knowing that "everything I see is past and has past" brings inner freedom and fearlessness. Why would we argue with the past when it has past?
You can then go about your day in peace as you let all that plays out in awareness to just be as it is. This is how you relinquish suffering and clear the mind of past pain.
And it is much easier than you may think!
So have a listen and let me know your thoughts.

Hello!
My name is Richard Sykes and I would like to share with you what inspired me to create this podcast channel, and the drive behind my search for truth.
Witnessing my mother being murdered when I was four years old was the catalyst for the pain that emerged when I was in my early twenties. Not having a clue why I felt so insecure and fearful I started to push myself to become financially successful in the belief that would rid me of the fears and insecurities I felt burdened with.
But once I had all the stuff I thought would make me happy, I realized I felt more miserable than before I had anything. This pushed me deeper into my inner pain and I developed an "incurable" illness
Being told by the doctors that I would be sick for the rest of my life, and being disillusioned with the enviroment I was living in, drove me to not only heal myself, but to also heal my life.
I am now following the call to help you remember and be who you always have been.
Much Love
