Welcome to Episode 22 of "Conversations with Dr. Gabriela Ilie and guests"!
I am thrilled to have Gary Renard and Cindy Lora-Renard as my guests today. Gary is best selling author of The Disappearance of the Universe, Your Immortal Reality, Love has forgotten no one, and The lives when Jesus and Buddha knew each other. Wayne Dyer wrote of Gary’s book The Disappearance of the Universe: "This is a book that is destined to be one of the most significant contributions to spiritual literature in this century. The message in Gary Renard’s The Disappearance of the Universe is of great importance to the healing of ourselves and our planet.” The Lives when Jesus and Buddha knew each other, is also a true masterpiece. I don't know of any other book that comes as close to speaking in the clearest of terms about the truth of who we are and what is our purpose here. Cindy is also a best selling author, a spiritual councillor and a musician. She wrote Spiritual Coupling: A Guidebook for Experiencing a Holy Relationship, Heaven is Now, The Business of Forgiveness and A Course in Health and Well-Being. Her books are transformational and seed foundational principles of good health and well being. Cindy and Gary traveled all over the world to introduce A Course in Miracles and speak about the importance of the mind in health and healing and how our thinking has a profound effect on every aspect of how we experience our lives.
In this episode we talk about how our good intentions, spiritual faith and goodness are a great step in the direction of health and healing but how discipline of the mind and its choices plays a fundamental role in how consistent we experience peace above all else as we move through life with or without an illness. We talk about not confusing spiritual attainment for an upper hand on our body’s ability to heal or die, and how choosing to recognize ourselves in others and seeing everything with spiritual sight is the guiding light to experiencing peace, true health and healing and the healing thought process we want to attain.
This is a second episode in which my husband joins me. Dr. Rob Rutledge is a practicing Oncologist and Associate Professor of Medicine in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Rob, Cindy, Gary and I are good friends and chosen family and recently spend a wonderful holiday here in Nova Scotia. I love seeing our excitement about talking how we can adopt an attitude of true health and healing where we keep our “eyes” on recognizing the nature of who we are in each other, and choose to not flicker from the truth of who we really are and the permanence of the truth that sustains it.
We invite you to join us on this meaningful journey as we reflect on these deeply human and life-altering topics.

Welcome to Episode 21 of "Conversations with Dr. Gabriela Ilie and guests"! My guest today is Michael Tamura, who is not only a dear long-time friend but also the author of You are the Answer. Michael is a Spiritual Teacher, Clairvoyant Visionary, Radio Show Host & Author of “You Are The Answer”. Michael Tamura lives the miracle: Spiritually aware from childhood, he sees himself and all beings as immortal souls. Born and raised in Japan, yet educated in American schools, Michael has spent a lifetime bridging gaps: Not only between East and West, but between men and women, the young and old, heart and soul, life and the afterlife-–and, above all, between humanity and Divinity. He holds a cherished place in the hearts of people worldwide as a spiritual teacher, clairvoyant visionary, and trailblazer in the fields of healing and psychic development. To delve deeper into Michael's teachings, you can visit his website at https://www.michaeltamura.com.
Michael, along with his wife, Raphaelle, continues to host their own weekly radio show, "Living the Miracle," on the VoiceAmerica Internet Talk Radio Network. Together, they provide exceptional opportunities for healing, growth, and transformation.
Today, we are honored to have Michael join us to share his deeply moving journey with cancer. What struck us profoundly was Michael's open-heartedness, even when faced with the uncertainty of his medical condition upon arriving at the hospital. Despite being in the advanced stages of blood cancer, he was able to find beauty in the nurses, staff, and even the treating physician. His connection with the physician was especially touching.
This episode holds a special place in my heart, and I am thrilled to introduce you to my husband, Dr. Rob Rutledge. Dr. Rutledge has been an Associate Professor of Medicine and Oncologist in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, for 27 years. His passion lies in empowering individuals affected by cancer through practical, science-based healthy habits and healing techniques. I was overjoyed when he eagerly agreed to join Michael and me for this podcast.
While I have known Michael for a long time, Rob had never met him before. However, after delving into Michael's work and listening to his interviews, Rob immediately expressed admiration for Michael's attitude towards life and living. This collaboration promises to be enlightening as we delve into what it means to be a cancer patient, gain insights into the perspective of a physician treating cancer, explore the process of overcoming fear following a cancer diagnosis, and contemplate the profound aspects of life when confronted with the possibility of death and dying.
We invite you to join us on this meaningful journey as we reflect on these deeply human and life-altering topics.

Welcome to Episode 20 of "Conversations with Dr. Gabriela Ilie and guests"! My guest today is Cindy Lora-Renard, who is not only a dear long-time friend but also an author. Join us as we delve into her latest book, "Spiritual Coupling: A Guidebook for Experiencing a Holy Relationship," which is now available on Amazon (you can find Cindy’s new book here: link to Cindy’s book). In this conversation, Cindy discusses relationships, the process of growth, and how we can either grow apart or grow together.
Cindy shares insights about the nature of Spirit within all of us, emphasizing that Spirit remains the same regardless of the circumstances we perceive in our surroundings. We explore the concept of the call for Love, and how a call for Love doesn’t withhold perfect love from anyone regardless of the form the call for Love takes.
We talk about conflict and how to approach a conflict in relationships. What attitude serves best given any circumstance. We talk about Ralph Emerson’s quote as a recipe for living each day with “too high a Spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense” and how this is part of living with a forgiving attitude and a way to a Holy Relationship.
We also emphasize the importance of allowing our partners to grow at their own pace and in their own unique way. This element is integral to cultivating a Holy relationship. On the other hand, adopting parental roles or stifling our spouse can indicate characteristics of a special relationship.
Cindy shares insights on the allure of spirit and how it manifests within a Holy Relationship. Lastly, our discussion leads us to the realm beyond the battleground of right and wrong. We delve into the metaphorical "field" that Rumi referred to, a place we all yearn for, often without even realizing it. We explore the ease with which we can choose to enter that field and remain there, provided we are ready.

Today's guest (Episode nr. 18) is dear friend and Psychologist Dr. Lee Jampolsky. Join us as we talk about the 12 steps of attitudinal healing and how they can help support patients on their cancer journey. Let had to remind me he is deaf. Jerry Jampolski, his dad, used to say: Lee rarely if ever complained about this or any of his health challenges. Seeing and hearing Lee you will get that same sentiment. I cannot imagine seeing Lee anything else but perfect spirit, whole and complete. Every time we speak there is instant joining of mind. This time we talked about health as a state of mind and the role our intent to either join or separate has on the healing journey, and how when the mind no longer sees itself forever in bondage with the body, the mind can be free and at peace even when we are physically sick and may remain so for a long time. During this podcast Lee and I talk about the importance of taking the time to remember our true nature, which is love, and not let one day pass by without doing this. And we talk about how the quality of our relationships impact the quality of our lives. Join us as we naturally open to and step into the power of presence, and the intent to join and not find fault in another. To learn more about Lee's work please visit www.drleejampolsky.com. I am deeply grateful to be able to share with you a wonderful conversation with Marianne Williamson, an exceptional woman and a beautiful heart. I hope you join Marianne and me as we talk from the heart about cancer, the healing journey, the importance of forgiveness, and what can we do today that bespeaks our intention to live, to love, to be who we are meant to be. We talk about the body, love as the essence of who we are, the power of intent and how sickness, along with every problem we have as human beings is routed in the fact that we think ourselves as separate.
