Hey Queen, I'm so happy to have the opportunity to guide you. Meditation is a powerful tool for healing. Before we begin this meditation practice, I want to remind you that this is a tool, but not a replacement for seeking support from a mental health professional. If you or someone else that you know might be silently suffering, please ask for help. SAMHSA’s National Helpline, 1-800-662-HELP (4357) is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations. Reminder it’s okay to not be okay. You matter. Your life matters. Your existence matters.
