Chef extraordinaire, Morris Salerno dishes on his successful cooking career, the lessons learned from the kitchen and the similarities between cooking and yoga. I think this was the funnest interview I've had to date, even though there are a couple of minor audio glitches.

Meet Summer Smith, the yogi behind the soon to be released documentary "Yogi in the Bible Belt". The film documents her experience opening a yoga studio in a conservative Christian East Texas town. Coming from a place of love, Summer shares some of the push back she received and how important it is to educate, be humble, and respectful of how yoga can be perceived in the Christian community. I am especially excited about the documentary because I have had my own struggles with reconciling yoga with my faith in the past.
