From the dub plates of he sound system, the West End clubs that he sometimes struggled to gain admittance to, punk, the homogenous sound of UK radio and everything in between, all helped shape the Soul II Soul sound.

Kwame “KZ” Kwei-Armah Jr. is one of the next generation of fearless young producers. He’s already worked with Stormzy, Arrdee, Cat Burns, Wretch 32, Stefflon Don, Ray Blk and counts his contribution to the soundtrack for Marvels ‘Black Panther ‘Wakanda Forever’ among his long list of credits
