welcome back to the one and only difficult-ish!! first and foremost our hearts and prayers go out to the brave and noble people of bangladesh who've fought for the right and freedom from the nation's tyrannical government. we're doing our part in staying as informed as possible to use our platforms for the people of our country 🇧🇩
this episode is all about how certain traditions in our culture can become toxic in excess or exposure. whether it's eating every grain of rice on your plate, women told to do good only for the sake of marriage, apologizing solely through acts of service, and oh so many more, we go through some of our own and many from yall in this one!!

this one's a solo episode by mashnun on something so many can relate to but more than often goes undiscussed; how bad eating habits and an unhealthy living can manifest in south asians. i recently got on the keto diet and it's been making me think about the relationship i've built with food and eating throughout my life, and it's been relieving finding answers to many of my questions. generational trauma, a scarce upbringing, and the over-examination of self are all contributing factors to the toxic relationship i've had with eating, but at the end of the day, we're always in control of our own habits and i hope you can take something away from this talk :) listen for a blueberry!!!
