Our conversation highlights the challenges and complexities of living with ADHD and the need for self-acceptance. Rochelle shares her personal experience with various dopamine chasing activities and both the positive and negative impacts these behaviours have had. We explore the judgement women face for their impulsive behaviour and the role of social media in seeking validation.
