MK Stahl is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with a proven track record of building highly profitable businesses in the health and wellness space.
At 25, MK became a Fit Body Boot Camp client, which became the best part of her day. She took that positive energy she felt at boot camp and opened her location six months later. Over the next six years, she opened three additional locations and became the Community Manager for the Fit Body brand.
MK also hosts the Beyond the Scale podcast, spreading the importance of not basing your health on metrics. She can connect with the 30,000+ clients at Fit Body and outside listeners through the podcast.

Today we are speaking with the legendary Udo Erasmus who is an acclaimed author, speaker and expert on total health, wellness and spirituality. He is the founder of Udo's Choice oils, which you can find in Whole Foods and other health food stores worldwide. He found his passion in the early 90's after pesticide poisoning led him to pioneer Flaxseed Oil and the healthy fats/oils industry.
