I've been reading the book of Exodus after avoiding the Old Testament for what felt like forever. I naturally stumbled upon the genesis of Moses and the call God had on his life. However, there is so much more detail I was not privy to when I was younger. Children stories omitted Moses' shortcoming like his speech problem, the fact that he went to Pharoah a total of 10 times! 10 TIMES!? I don't remember trying something so many times. This detail in the story, along with many others, had me reflecting and seeing Moses in Me. The random feelings of inadequacy, the expectation to be resilient and realizing that the best way to move passed something is getting through it even though I may want to give up on my 5th try.
Moses & Me is an episode about Moses & Me navigating and understanding how God moved in Moses' life.

A laid back episode about a random yet thought-out list of a bunch of things I think will 'always be famous, darling!'. From certain eras of music, to structures in society, I share my reasoning for each thing on my list.
I enjoyed this because it's really about having a chat, sharing my opinion, and creating a platform for My People to come up with their own lists. TAKE YOUR VNs TO THE DMs @flowithloyiso on Instagram to share your list or commentary on my list hehe :D
I love you all, God Bless and Happy listening!

Social Media has been having a field day comparing the evidence provided by Nara and Onezwa regarding the alleged copying of content from Nara Smith to Onezwa Mbola.
This discourse covers so many spheres in society that Zee$$ and I had to GET iNTO IT. As South African babes' living in the States, our contribution to the conversation uniquely weaves culture, geography, personal experience and general observation into the bigger topic : FEELING OVERLOOKED.
I hope you tap into discourse that connects you to parts of yourself that you arrive at by thinking openly, critically and humorously.
Be blessed and reassured by 1 John 2:15-17. Happy listening and Victorious Blossoming.

A LONG OVERDUE EPISODE, also remember to TAKE YOUR VNs TO THE DMs.
Generally, we tend to run from things and this manifests itself differently and for different reasons. I know I used to run from entire provinces when I felt overwhelmed by what I was experiencing in that space and at that time. "When's the next flight? yah, I'm on THAT" was me from time to time during my ungdergrad years.
What more God? I realized that even I sometimes try conjure up a million other ways to deal with what I'm being faced with. Instead of running straight to my Creator every single time, I have no real clue what I do for real because it has rarely helped me navigate the problem!
Anywho, relating to this chat and noticing people around me falling into the same patterns, I bring my sister, ocassional co-host, and your favorite - ZEEMONEY- to delve into a chat about this real experience.
-
My People, welcome to a long overdue episode!
I've been gone for a minute and I get into why that's been the case. In this episode, I get into my personal chat from being UP- LIKE THAT- to calmer and having a different outlook. Fully from a God perspective and my walk with Bra God.
"Litty to Holy" walks you through some of the changes that have manifested in my actual life after my decision to get baptised. Coping mechanisms, healing after shedding, trusting God for real, and much more on this chat.
Do not forget to TAKE YOUR VNs TO THE DMs on Instagram @flowithloyiso.
I love you all and send you blessings from Jesus Christ, My G. xoxo

Wassup, Wassup, What is up My People! I invite you all to send voicenote's or messages to @flowithloyiso DM's to center the chats around chats you want Flow with Lo' to get into.
On this episode, I chat about my mental, emotional and practical navigation of shedding and what I feel about missing the wrong people. This lfie is so long and as I've been navigating it, I realized that I will actually lose people as what they were once upon a time in my life. But i also realized that peace is my main priority through all of 'that'.
Happy Listening, Happy Blossoming and Blessings to you xx

A new friend & guest joins me this week as we chat about the famous interview Tumelo from Bristol. Zeemoney also naturally fits into the chats and it just made sense- a real flow.
The chat branchd into related themes: what is 'fatherless behavior' ? The influence of rap music, especially since Tumelo brought up Cardi B as a role model. The truth about haughty elders, especially through the lens of young black girls and so much more!
Happy and critical listening. The discourse is open and introspective more than it is judgemental. Flow with Lo' is THAT show, so hurry along and follow @flowithloyiso to stay in the loop.
Blessings and Happy Blossoming my People.

Yes, I have officially taken the title of being a Certified Yappa Queen!
This episode chats about me being a chatter , and the transition from hating it to embracing it comes with stepping into My path. Hooking up with friends, Habits I picked up when I was down bad and more!
God has a plan for each of us and if I focus on the reasons I should not, like 'being cool', I'll be LOST. The chat has much more, as per usual hehehe.
Happy Listening and Happy Blossoming!

Hello Hello Hello Everyone! ANOTHER WEEK, ANOTHER EPISODE!
This week is a lovely one because we welcome my birthday month with a NEW GUEST! I had a chat with my friend Karabo Mokgonyana and as per usual, it got critical. Since we met, I noticed a habit of reflection and shameless sharing in Karabo and it makes chatting to her even more enjoyable. In her occupational life, she's up to so much and you can have fun on LinkedIn and Google BUT ON THIS SHOW? She came as her whole self comfortable self so we get a peak of what she thinks about different things.
It matters that people are always cozy to just chat and BE around me. I'm not concerned about a lot when it comes to chats because it really is a place to be vibey and chill af. I raved and chatted as per usual and it turned out GUD. So I'm gud.
Happy Listening to you all and Victorious Blossoming! mwah xoxo

Dating... Naturally some people are running to one side of the room and the others are dispersing in different places. And there are many on the opposite side of the room too!Whether your experiennce is bad, good, mild or you have none- I know this chat is FOR YOU!
I've had my fair share of experiences in this realm and have found that a lot has changed for me mentally, spiritually, AND practically in the dating world. It is QUIITEE different from a few chats that are chatted (LOL, girl bye) on socials and even a bit of myself. But regardless, I want us to have this chat because it has offered me a grand experience, still.
Big Body, Rich and Older? Yummy I know..But that's not all for me anymore. Let's get into it and feel free to share your chats about it- Everyone.
I love you all and Blessings from Lo'

HELLO EVERYONE AND WELCOME TO THE FLOW WITH LO' PODCAST! From Stellies, to the World.
This week's episode is special because i got to bring on one of my oldest friends, Ashleigh, who i sometimes call 'Bra Ash' because please- so Boss. While sipping on some adult juice and taking a break frim a movie marathon, we jumped onto the mics and continued the chat we were having DURING the movie, lol.
I enjoyed this chat so much because these are the vibes I want to encapsulate and share with all of you. Opinions, comments and questions that naturally come up in a conversation when you are really HAVING A CONVERSATION. I want to know more and I want to share crazy stuff that happened, and then hear about your crazy stuff.
Flow with Lo' is really about my conversationalist-self chatting about everything and anything. And then bringings other people on to do the same thing!
Happy listening and Victorious Blossoming xoxoxo

HAPPY 2024! Wassup, wassup, wassup you guys and Happy New Year.
[ I'm not too sure if I want to go back to adding music to the intro lol. Let me know what you think about the changes ]
My amazing sister joined in on the first episode of the year and we had to kick it off with an open chat.
We touched on dating and when it meets culture, especially as South African Babes in the States and observing the culture. Jada Pinkett actually being a culural icon, nline Couples, us as side chicks (lol) and so much more.
This episode does not intend on offending any one group or culture and instead explores discourse related to the overlapping arenas.
As per usual, I request you to enter with an open mind and humorous energy and HAPPY LISTENING.

WASSUP WASSUP!
This episode gets into the battle in our minds and practices between social media and how we show up against what is real in our respective realms. I just visited home and found myself in this conundrum. Do I care to capture or should I capture my care and just vibe out? It goes a little deeper and I chat more about that dynamic in my life.
Happy listening and Victorious Blossoming xoxo

It has been a hectic couple of weeks and wars across the world are shcoking those that were ignorant to these realities.
Gaza and Israel, have made international headlines after Hamas stood up to fight the Israeli occupation and consequent retaliation by Israel. Things quickly escalated and a genocide is literally what this is at this point.
This episode covers the basic facts for my peers, contemporaries or anyone who wants to know, 'what', 'how' and 'when'?. There is so much more to the discourse and multiple nuances and I've simplified it for you, in my way.
I hope you all stay informed, stand against weird shxt in society and powers overpowering and taking from vulnerable hands.

HELLO EVERYONE! As promised, Part 2 is here and I could not be more excited to get it out.
On this episode, Notts and I continue our conversation and commenatry on South African media, me getting a few cleebrities mixed up (it ends in laughter & correction), Mihlali Ndamase's recent interview and a bit more! We honestly just rolled with it and gave you a peek into how an unhinged chat in our apartment goes. It's mindless ad laughable. SO JOIN US!
Tune in, vibe out and Happy Blossoming :D

HELLO MY PEOPLE! GET INTO THIS NEW INTRO :D
It's been forever but I am happily back and have an episode I enjoyed recording.
Nothile "Notts" Mthembu is a Youtuber, Digital Content Creator and a really dope mate of mine. She is a creative in the truest sense and you will get to hear more about her perspective about where she places herself on the spectrum of creatives. We also speak about the South African media landscape from our perspectives as young black girls up until now. A little something about friendship had to feature as we get into Notts reuniting with her estranged best friend.
I had to have her on the show and delve into a few chats that sprouted from nothing and everything hehehe.
Check her out on her socials @OkayNotts ;)
I hope you enjoy this one and continue to Blossom Victoriously xoxo

Hello my beautiful listeners, welcome!
Don't forget to follow @flowithloyiso on Instagram for more frequent updates.
On this episode, I get into a new term i stumbled upon - postfeminism. I HAD to rope you all in because I'm not too sure it's a thing or at least, I don't think it should be. As a day one feminist... ANYWAY, that inevitably triggered a conversation about my own journey with being feminine and my so-called "Feminine Awakening".
Press Play & Enjoy
