I will be explaining the purpose of this podcast and what I plan on accomplishing with it. I will be covering many topics in the future episodes but for now I would just like to set a foundation and put myself out there.

You’re here with Silis Betts and my new podcast called Free Time.
We will be diving into the free time of people today and seeing what it is people use up their free time for and what we can do that may be beneficial to ourselves and others rather than just being self-absorbed and selfishly thinking of only ourselves and not ours and others well-being. I will be discussing what we do in our free time that is beneficial to us and that which is not, and then we will discuss how we can turn the non-beneficial things we do into productive beneficial things.
