This week, Owen and Will review an epic race in Sochi (yes, really) that saw Lando Norris lose what looked like an assured maiden F1 victory, incredible qualifying from Carlos Sainz and George Russell, an excellent charge from the back by Max Verstappen and, rather inevitably, a Lewis Hamilton win. (His 100th, in fact!)

The final race in the first triple header after the summer break brought out another Formula 1 classic!
As the teams returned to Monza for the Italian Grand Prix, it was all to play for at the top of the championship. But, a strong showing for Mclaren all weekend, and another contentious collision between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, handed the win to Daniel Ricciardo, who didn't put a foot wrong all weekend. There was further joy for his Woking-based team, as Lando Norris claimed second place and helped secure Mclaren's first 1-2 finish since Canada 2010!
As well as analysis of Ricciardo's win, Giovinazzi's spin and a return to form for Valtteri Bottas, Will and Owen also offer their one-sentence reviews of every team on the F1 grid.
What did you think of the race, and who do you think was to blame for *that* crash between the championship contenders? Get in touch with us on Twitter via @FridayFormula.

Another Formula E episode! This week, Will and Owen look back over an exciting Formula E London E-Prix at the ExCEL Centre.
During the second race at the London exhibition centre, Audi's Lucas Di Grassi tried to pull off an audacious move through the pit line in an attempt to take the lead of the race. The driver earned a penalty and eventual black flag for the tactic, but was it a move that warranted such harsh punishment?
In the programme, we also discuss whether Nyck De Vries will become the first full-time Formula E driver to transition to Formula 1, and take a look ahead to the Hungarian Grand Prix, which kicks off on the 30th of July.

After months of close rivalry between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, the two championship contenders collided on lap one of the British Grand Prix. The crash forced Verstappen out the race and into hospital for checkups, while Hamilton fought back from a ten-second penalty to take victory in front of his home crowd.
Following a thrilling race at Silverstone, Will and Owen are here to talk about the incident and ask if Hamilton's penalty was justified, should the penalty have been harsher, and was either driver more at fault?
This week, we also offer our thoughts on the inaugural F1 Sprint race, and give a one-sentence review of each team in this year's F1 championship.
What did you think of the British Grand Prix, should Hamilton have been penalised, and did Charles Leclerc deserve to take the win? Get in touch with us on Twitter via @Owen_Bellwood and @WillLongman, or follow @FridayFormula for all the latest updates on the show.

Could Nico Rosberg have won a second or third Formula 1 world championship? That's the question Will and Owen are considering this week.
As the last driver that wasn't Lewis Hamilton to win the title, Rosberg stepped away from the sport after being crowned Formula 1 World Drivers' Champion. But with the winning mentality, and his sheer talent, could the German driver have posed a greater threat to Hamilton's crowd in the following years?
What do you think, was Rosberg right to retire or did he have a few more years at the top of his game? You can let us know on Twitter via @Owen_Bellwood and @WillLongman, or follow @FridayFormula for all the latest updates on the show.
