Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.' Yep, he nailed it — sometimes success is just hiding behind the hard work
In this episode, let's explore the paradox of effort where more effort you put into something, less effort it will require to achieve the same result.
Elon Musk didn't build SpaceX overnight, and da Vinci didn't whip up the Mona Lisa in an afternoon. These legends understood the Effort Paradox. By front-loading their effort, they paved the way for smoother, more efficient strides towards success.
And it's not about grinding non-stop; it's about putting in the right kind of effort at the right time, turning 'hard work' into 'smart work.

In this episode, I have shared a proven formula for investing in yourself effectively and consistently. because we are not very good at investing in our personal development.
When it comes to investing in entertainment, we don't think twice before spending money. Most people would rather pay Netflix each month for entertainment than invest the same amount in an online course.
Do listen till the end as this might potentially be the single best advice you'll hear today.

In life, as they say, there will be always good times and bad times too. A positive person always thinks ‘this too shall pass’ and ‘tomorrow is another day.’ But a negative person has a completely different response to it
Whether it's the people who are always on the edge of anger or someone who always keeps complaining, we all have negative personalities in our lives hacking away our time and energy. It's so difficult at times that we just want to stay away from these people.
But what If I told you that negativity is everywhere and there's no running away from it (at least not permanently) but if you're able to recognize different types of negative people who you encounter and also a few tips on how you can effectively deal with them then it will become a little bit easier.
In this episode, I've provided the summary of different types of negative people from the book "Think like a monk" along with my own commentary and day to day examples. Please follow and share

Watch an animated summary here - https://youtu.be/0pXTk7s08TY Problem solving is a highly important skillset to succeed in both personal & professional life. Most people aren't good at problem solving because if they were, there wouldn't be so many problems in the first place. There are plenty of problem solving frameworks that you can find such as six sigma, Lean and other conceptual frameworks and in this episode I am not particularly talking about any of those. Although for the sake of bringing to you the most useful information I have studied most of these frameworks of problem solving and in amalgamation with my personal thoughts on this matter I will describe it to you in a simple way as a seven step method to reach the best solution for your problem with day to day examples. Do listen till the end and subscribe to my podcast for more content like this. Thank You

Watch the animated summary here - https://youtu.be/ndIMujO6tnM Is binge watching on Netflix a good thing? I wasted plenty of my time binge watching on Netflix and then the 3 strategies that I took to overcome Netflix addiction is something I talk about on this video. We're living through the age of Netflix and other online streaming platforms. and just like everything else, binge watching on these platforms is becoming the new normal. But why do we binge watch, to put it simply, because it makes us feel good Don't take my word for it, according to one study, over 70% of us have positive feelings about binge watching. so It's not a bad thing after all But it's an addiction, because we feel happy about watching our favorite shows and movies, it produces a chemical called dopamine in our body and dopamine makes us feel good. I was addicted to Netflix for two years and in this episode I have shared my story of how I fell victim to Netflix binge watching and how it took a serious toll on my life before I could even realize it. and also the steps that I took to overcome the addiction.
