    Web3 is the idea of a new, decentralized internet built on blockchains, which are distributed ledgers controlled communally by participants.

    DeFi, (or “decentralized finance”) is an umbrella term for peer-to-peer financial services on public blockchains, primarily Ethereum.

    A tech stack is the set of technologies used to develop an application, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, front-end and back-end tools, and APIs.
