Simple demo to show a few things.
1. Our mind and body doesn't differentiate between what is real and what is imaginary. The body and mind respond to our imagination as well as it responds to reality!
2. Visualizations / imagination is a powerful resource that we can use to our advantage. Even if it feels like tricking our mind, why not do this for our own benefit!
3. Same way, our body and mind responds to our own internal dialogue as well. Shouldn't we have a positive internal dialogue?
4. All of us respond to the visualization different depending on which of our sense is strong. Some will have taste, some smell, some pictures, some bodily sensations, some may just feel the story, some get words and so on. Nothing is right or wrong. Use whatever works for you. -
