Adam and David complain about going to a women's basketball game. "Why can't we just go to a men's game?" they ask. Through the story, Adam and David's perceptions of women's basketball changes and they end up having a great time.

Mr Garcia and his son take Aaron and his boys, Adam and David, to the local trapeze school. Everyone's friend, Marcus, comes along too. Some of them have a blast upon on the trapeze while some of them are too afraid and get stuck at the entrance or on the ladder. This episode is about normalizing a fear of heights, regardless of age or grade level.

Adam and David get lost in a mall. Their dad Aaron works with security to find them. Adam and David approach two women for help. They sing Aaron's phone number from memory and the two women help reuinite them with Aaron.

Aaron brings home a DVD about big horn sheep. Adam and David pretend to ram each other and climb mountain cliffs, just like big horn sheep. They get hurt and Aaron comforts them.

Adam is frustrated about his ghost costume because it isn't working right. He finds himself jealous over Jose's expensive Iron Man costume. Aaron, Adam's dad, comforts him and Adam eventually gets back with his friends and continues with Halloween, having lots of fun for the rest of the evening.

Adam and David discover a 27 year-old Twinkie in their closet. David eats it and throws up. However, this episode is more about Adam and David negotiating with their mom about having their own things in their own closet, rather than their parents' stuff. Finally, Adam and David receive some consequences for going into the closet without permission when it was locked.

David and his friend Mohammed throw apples and oranges at each other. Unfortunately, they don't realize they keep hitting the neighbor's newly painted white, wooden garage. Their neighbor, Mr. Stephenson, gets angry. David's mom, named Sarah, walks David and Mohammed to meet with Mr. Stephenson and help clean up the mess. After a while, they all connect with each other while cleaning the garage. That evening, David and his family have dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Stephenson, their new neighbors. In the end, Sarah and Mr. Stephenson helped a bad thing turn into a good thing.

Adam and David ride Adam's new, used bicycle down the sidewalk. The front wheel falls off. Adam and David get hurt, and the front wheel gets rolled over when it rolls into the street. Adam and Daivd's friends, grownups, and a neighbor help them and comfort them.

Adam and David sneak down the hallway to get a drink of water after going to bed. They overhear their parents, Aaron and Sarah, saying good things about them in the living room. They feel proud, return to the bedroom, and sing about how proud they feel. Five minutes later, they realize they forgot to sneak their drinks of water!

David has been sick for three days. Adam feels bored, sad, and angry. Aaron takes Adam to the park and he finds a kid to play with. Along the way, Adam feels angry, afraid, fun-laughable, hopeful, and joyful.

Aaron, Adam and David's dad, takes them to chase rabbits at Desert Park. They see a hurt rabbit and David gets scratched by a desert bush. Aaron runs with them and comforts them throughout the story.

Adam gets a brand-new Nerf football at his birthday party. Unfortunately, while all the kids play a game of football, the football gets torn in half. Adam's dad, named Aaron, helps Adam with his emotions. An unexpected conversation and gift from Mr. Garcia's son, named Jose, leads to reconciliation, play, and laughter.

Aaron, Adam, and David receive caterpillars in the mail, along with a butterfly cage. Adam and David are full of joy, anticipation, and curiosity. Adam and David learn about raising caterpillars to turn into butterflies, which will one day be released into the outdoors. Adam and David don't want to release them, but Aaron helps them process their feelings because releasing the butterflies is what is best for the butterflies. During the story, one of the butterflies has a bent wing, is unable to fly, and eventually dies. Aaron helps Adam and David with their emotions during this process too. Throughout the entire story, there is lots of joy, even in the midst of the difficulties. In Adam and David see two of their butterflies fly past them in the outdoors!

Sara, Adam and David's mom, brings home supplies to build a "Tree Stump House". It's like a tree house, only it is merely set upon a tree stump in their backyard. Aaron, their dad, also joins the fun, with all of them working together as a family. David hurts himself while hammering, and Sarah helps and comforts him. David persists with his hammering. In the end, Aaron and Sarah raise the house up onto the tree stump, which Adam and David use for playing and pretending in.

David loses his arrow in the bushes trying to shoot down a jacket that he and Adam had thrown up into it the day before. After David has no luck finding the arrow, Adam helps him try to find the arrow by giving David a boost. Unfortunately, David falls and gets hurt. Aaron, their dad, comforts David. Finally, Aaron helps them find the arrow and they all take turns shooting it together, laughing, and playing, and having a good time! Lots of proud feelings in the end.
