Portland because of a massive blunder by CBS. Not only that, but what is going on with Chicago Red Stars and Riot Fest? Next, it's onto game of the week which had to be the 2-2 draw between Kansas City & Chicago. In the back half of the episode, we first head to Europe to discuss the big transfer news in the offseason including big names like Walsh, Bonmatí, and Bronze. It's all things NWSL! Amy is here to guest host as Allie takes a couple of weeks off, and Sara & Amy dive right in! First, an update on Copa 71 Film and how to watch it in the US, and then onto the NWSL! It was ALL THINGS NWSL this past weekend as it returned with a vengence after international break. Sophia Smith's Red Card is the first topic on the table - the weirdest red card we've seen in a while and certainly not worth the punishment for the crime, right? Sara & Amy dive into almost all of the NWSL matchups from this past weekend, including SD vs Orlando, Gotham vs Angel City, Utah vs. Washington, Chicago vs Bay FC, and Portland vs. NCC. The final weekend was set to decide the champion, and it didn't go as everyone assumed. We promised you a cheeky surprise after a week off, and here it is! Sara was in her old stomping grounds of NYC and she sat down with guest host Amy O'Connor (UEFA B License & registered United fan) for an in-person recording! Sara and Amy kick things off with the WSL and the Manchester Derby. Manchester is Blue and Amy is sad, and City may actually win the title this year. Next, it's onto the NWSL for week 2 of regular season play. Sara could barely contain her excitement.
