  • We all fear losing our best people, and rightly so. Top performers, especially strong leaders, drive a disproportionate degree of success within organizations.

    CNBC reported that over 60% of employees consider leaving their jobs at any given time, and the percentage is significantly higher for Gen Z and Millennials. With continued downsizings and restructurings, fears around job stability are heightened, causing our best people to take that call.
