Riiiight, it's been a HOT MINUTE since we had a lil chinwag (10+ months to be exact).
But I finally got over myself, dusted of the mic, and now bring to you: Mentally Unstable 2.0.
A little snapshot of this episode:
Why I took an unintentional hiatusWin and Woe of the weekWhy I'm being "antisocial" this NYEThe science behind a Vision BoardPop this on in the background while you get ready (or chill) for some real talk and hypegal energy.
Happy New Year to all you crazy kids.
P.S. You absolutely MUST do a Vision Board – pop me a message if you want a template to get you started.
P.P.S. I had to edit this TWICE because the original audio didn't save and I nearly had a menty b. I'm very on-brand today.

Hola amigos!
Ever had a friendship break-up? Yep, same.
This week we're joined by Ilsa Jones: creative extraordinaire and all-around wise woman. Ilsa tells us what it was like to travel the world and feel like "the outsider" in school trying to find her clan.
We chat about friendships from kids to adulthood, and the awkward moment when you *cough* break up. C'est la vie...
Enjoy! <3
P.S. If you don't give this show a 5* rating... I'll find you.

Hey there you cool cats and kittens!
Today I'm BUZZED to have Lois Banks on the show. She's a woman of many talents... But most importantly, Lois coaches women on how to SLAY life.
We chat all things people-pleasing (and how to set boundaries), building confidence and solo travel adventures. Lois and I also share our ten cents on entrepreneurship and creating a slick routine that sets you up for success.
If you're looking for motivation and need a kick up the bumhole, this episode is for you!
Tune in (and give us a cheeky 5* rating).
Nads xoxo

Hello again, girls and boys!
C'or, we've made it through another week! Time flies...
This episode is a PART 2 of "why adulting is a lie". It covers taxes (wtf is that?), being unapologetically single and other lies we believed about growing up.
Hope you enjoy this episode – there are some key take aways to laugh (and cry) about.
P.S. Give this podcast a cheeky 5* if you loved (or hated) it. <3

Happy New Year, friends!!
LOL so it was my first week back to work and I was not feeling it. The post-holiday blues hit me hard. And I got some sh*tty feedback on a project which made me question everything about my life/career etc. Strong start to 2023...
So this is a topical episode on how to shut imposter syndrome up.
Bonus points: failed NYE party story and dealing with holiday blues.
Hopefully, there are some golden nuggets in this episode.
P.S. Plz share and give this poddy a 5* rating or I'll cry – TY <3

Hello, my favourite humans!
In this episode, my semi-adult sister Melissa shares the mic. We grew up in the same household, and we're *almost* a carbon copy of each other – but different. We chat all things growing up, personalities, icks and what we love/hate about each other. (Much drama.)
This is a snapshot of our relationship – 5 years apart but thick as thieves. She's a Gen Z and I'm a millennial: it shouldn't work, but it does.
P.S. Remember to submit a 5* rating (or I will cry) and follow for more chaotic conversations.

Welcome back, my unstable pals!
This episode is HIGHLY relatable and it's all about the myths & expectations about adulting. You submitted your responses and I gave my little slice of advice. We talk: the timeline, finances, friendship and why boilers are so flipping confusing.
This is everything you wish you knew about adulting when you were younger. There were so many responses so listen now for part 1 – part 2 will be blessing your ears soon...
Enjoy!
P.S. Make sure you hit the 5* button (otherwise I'll have a breakdown.) TY! <3

OMG it's the Intro episode!! I'm your mentally unstable host, Naida – but call me Nads. In this episode I talk about adulting, some epic mistakes I've made and why it's important to laugh (not cry) at ourselves. This is a lil sneak peek into what's to come...
In future episodes, I'll be speaking with some fab guests about how they grapple with mental health/life. So tune in for that tea!
P.S. Make sure you hit the 5* button, otherwise I'll have a breakdown. TY! <3
