🍦Ingredients: 材料
100g of milk 牛奶100克60g of whipping cream 鮮奶油60克30g of condensed milk 煉乳30克100g of rock salt 粗鹽100克300g of ice 冰塊 300克1 bowl ／碗1個 (可以混合鹽和冰塊的size)2 large plastic zipper bags／ 大塑膠夾鏈袋2個1 small plastic zipper bag ／小塑膠夾鏈袋1個2 towels ／毛巾兩條
把牛奶，鮮奶油和煉乳到入小的夾鏈袋。Put milk, cream and condensed milk together in the small zipper bag把粗鹽和冰塊放在碗中 然後放在2個大的夾鏈袋，份量要一樣喔!Mix the rock salt and ice together in the bowl. Put them in 2 large zipper bags. Remember to put the same amount in each bag. 把毛巾鋪平 把冰淇淋放在兩個冰袋之間。Lay down the towel.Put the ice cream bag between the 2 ice bags.用第二條毛巾包覆這三個袋子維持低溫。Wrap these 3 bags in the second towel to keep them cold!等10~15分直到冰淇淋凝固 。Wait 10 to 15 minutes until the ice cream becomes hard.

當然也和rainbow 彩虹無關唷~
英文有個傳說 …Legend has it that there’s a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow 每道彩虹的盡頭都有一貫黃金。
