  • On today’s episode of That Peter Crouch Podcast, Crouchy, Chris and Sid’s are all back together down the Chumbawambar discussing all the highs and lows that have happened in this week’s world of football.

  • **Episode recorded before the lads moved back to Chumbawambar**

On today’s episode of That Peter Crouch Podcast, Crouchy, Chris and Sids are very excited to be joined by world renowned sports psychologist, author and professional golfer Dan Abrahams.

Having worked alongside some titans of the sporting world including Eddie Jones, Steve Mclaren and Gareth Bale, it is safe to say that Dan brings a unique insight into how the mind of professional athletes function and has plenty of pearls of wisdom on how to maintain high level, psychological performance.

Dan and the lads explore some of the theories discussed in his book ‘Soccer tough’ which has been described as hugely influential by former Wales Captain Bale and has advice on how you can set up mental frameworks to maximise your potential.

Dan also dives deep into the performance of current Liverpool manager Arne Slot and sheds light on how he believes he can unlock the maximum potential of his current squad through his high-intensity and human-centric coaching style.

This episode was a real eye opener for all the lads with plenty of big takeaways - be sure not to miss it!
