Join thousands of other committed runners listening to the most exciting run and endurance sports content on the internet.
Hosted by Daren DLake (Creates) with sometimes co-host Mike Trees (aka Run.NRG on Instagram) and friends
We show smart runners how to perform 1% better daily in their training, racing, careers, and lives.
The truth is, most running info is repetitive. So to make your life easy, we've spent the last 52+ years reading, watching, studying, talking to experts and doing as much as I could so you don’t have to make the same mistakes as us and be as dope as you can be.
Daren is also a ten hour Ironman finishing triathlete and sub-3-hour marathon runner.
Hit us up if you have any feedback, want to collaborate or just wanna tell me about your training. On Instagram @dlakecreates or [email protected]
Want more? Be a part of the squad!Join 1,100 + unique “Master Of Some” community of committed runners and endurance athletes who share your interests and want to perform better as they age.

This is a running podcast for all runners of all levels with the legend Sonia O’Sullivan and comedian Jarlath Regan. Expect conversation and craic around every aspect of athletics and running with the occasional special guest.
In lockdown Sonia promised to teach self-confessed coach potato, Jarlath, how to run. 2 years on, they’ve gathered together a community of runners from across the world. Hear about Sonia’s work coaching the elite athletes at Nike HQ in Portland and Jarlath’s ramshackle journey towards the London City Marathon in 2023. Voted Ireland’s number 1 running podcast in 2022.

I LOVE to run and i want to empower you to be the best you with your running and life, whether that be training to run a sub 3 hour marathon or completing a couch to 5k programme.
This April i will be taking on London Marathon and hope to complete my first Sub 3 hour Marathon just a few weeks before my 59th birthday.
When i took up running a few short years ago, i never envisaged running a marathon, let alone achieving the times i have up to now and being selected for the England Marathon Masters team 2020. -

Welcome to the Local Runner Podcast. A series of podcasts, made by runners, for runners.
We are five enthusiastic club level runners based in the Tameside borough of Greater Manchester. We all run for different clubs in the Greater Manchester area, but we all share a love for running.
We all belong to a WhatsApp group which was set up to organise group runs in the local area. In the group, we’ve got members of Salford Harriers, Sale Harriers, Altrincham Athletic Club, Stockport Harriers and East Cheshire, and some friendly inter club rivalry is a recurring feature of the group. Recently we’ve been discussing our favourite running podcasts, and this sparked the idea to try our hand at our own running podcast.
To give you an idea of some of the things you might expect from our podcasts, we’re going to be interviewing runners past and present…fast, steady and slow; reviewing some of the kit we use, talking about races and parkruns but if you have any suggestions, we’d love to hear from you. We also have Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages – so please give us a follow to receive updates of when a new podcast is available.

We talk about running, have some beers, and try to fit in as much of the normal day to day that we see. Often off topic, we try to manage some sort of direction, sometimes. Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/beersandmiles/support
