Every couple of weeks we're going to be bringing you new episodes where we speak to different people about the challenges they've faced having a baby. I'm an expecting parent, with our first baby due 19th April, so I'm on this journey to learn more about what to expect to help me best prepare for my new job of becoming a Dad.

In this episode I’m speaking to Gurpreet Singh aka @Sikhdad, a father of four, with two girls Munsimar aged 13, Gurleen aged 8, and two boys Gobind aged 4 and Saheb aged 3.

Gurpreet is a mental health professional working for the charity Mind. He’s also a fully certified family coach, working with individuals and groups to awaken their authentic selves. He is co-founder of Seek Parenting, an online parenting community with the aim of raising spiritual children together. He’s also a keen fundraiser, raising funds for those in need by running Marathons.

We chat about the challenges of integrating new baby’s into your family, managing screen time and much much more.

In this episode I'm speaking to Ellie, a start up founder of Stink, a refillable reed defuser subscription business which she started after she had her son, Ray.

Ellie had Ray during lockdown, which despite the extra pressures, gave her the freedom to pursue her entrepreneurial goals. As a family they love to travel and when at home they love to explore the culinary delights of Peckham, proving that life is still possible after having a baby.

We chat about what it's like to first bring your baby home, the best way to prepare for your baby's arrival, second-guessing yourself as a parent and much more.

I'm an expecting parent, with our first baby due 19th April, so I'm on this journey to learn more about what to expect to help me prepare for my new job of trying to keep a baby alive.

In this episode I'm speaking to Tania Cuturi, a working mum's coach and a mum of 3, Elai who's 7 and Eesha & Noah who are twins aged 5.

After Tania had Elai, she swapped her life in finance to become a coach, having always been fascinated by the idea of helping others. She's now coached over 100 career mums on confidence, courage, and time management.

We chat about the challenges of getting pregnant, how to get your baby to sleep, and how Tania felt when she had Elai, which wasn't really what she expected.
