Hey family, I hope all is well with you, and your life. The purpose of this episode is to self-reflect and evaluate the why behind our commitments; I had a great time doing mine and hope that we can connect in some way. I did so by listing out all of the obligations that I have in groupings and talked through them live. Let's connect if you want to have a deeper conversation than meets the surface.

Hey family and friends - I'm glad to be back. This episode is a summary of the last 2 months of my life ( March-May) and most importantly, the reminder to "Just keep Rollin" when you feel like life is hardest. I believe we are more than capable of overcoming the obstacles and challenges in our pathways to obtain the blessings and fruits that harvest as a result of our strong will and determination on our journeys of life. Be safe, be blessed, and know, - if you ever need someone to talk to or lean on for support - I'm always here.
