Liz has her roots in America and Mexico, and lived in Germany for many years. During her youth she had quite a difficult time due to the trauma that lived in her family. “When life feels terrible, in a way this experience is a ‘gift’, because these moments force you to meet yourself.”
By choosing for herself she created a better life for herself. She now is mother of three beautiful boys, and she offers relationship therapy and inner-child work.
She calls herself the ‘Love Translator’, and that is exactly what she started to translate after she flew over Ibiza once, on her way to another destination. “I felt like the island invited me, and now I came to live here, I’ve met the love of my life!”

Rebecca is a transformational breath-work coach, and is a mother to the ‘The Healing Mountain’ community. “Ibiza taught me to stay in the moment and to trust that I’m always at the right place at the right time, if you feel that you’re not where you are meant to be, then there is another place where you belong”.
Trough following the flow, and staying present, Rebecca manifested the life of her dreams: An off-grid life in a community, living from nature’s abundance, eating from their own land, and working with the elements.
In this episode Rebecca tells about the life she lives in the community, together with her ‘chosen family’. “We want everybody here to feel welcome and home. Trough this unconditional love we create a safe space to heal. Healing is to really accept everything that wants to be felt”.
